A few weeks ago, Central PA Live gave you a tour of the Clearfield County SPCA's new shelter. Two steffers were on the show to talk about all the improvements there. But, an incident over the weekend shows just how big of a difference those improvements made.

Rochelle Beiler lost her two dogs over the weekend. And, the State Police of Clearfield picked them up. Thankfully, the improvements at the SPCA included a drop-off kennel for animal control officers, giving them a warm place to leave animals that they've found. The drop-off kennel has food and water for the pets as well. On Monday morning, Rochell called into the shelter to see if anyone had turned in her dogs and that's when they shared the good news! They were all happily reunited, thanks to the Police and the new drop off center!
