Chef Showcase: Icy Ocean Salmon Steaks

The ingredients' are as follows:
1. 2 Icy Ocean Salmon Steaks about 1/3 lb each
2. 15 ea. Wheat Thin crackers
3. 2 TBLS of butter
4. A pinch of Garlic salt or Powder
5. A pinch of Parsley
Method: Crush the Wheat thins and mix with the Butter and Garlic and Parsley. Place the salmon in a coated pan and top with the Wheat Thin mix. Bake at 350 for about 15 to 18 minutes. You can serve this with Rice, Potatoes and a Salad.
