Chef Showcase: Clyde's Shrimp Dish

Chef Clyde Monahan from Imler's Poultry stopped by today with a tasty shrimp recipe! 

This is an easy cooked shrimp recipe that is simple and delicious!

You will need:

2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp of Butter
1/2 lb of medium De-veined Shrimp
1/4 cup of Chopped Green Peppers
1/4 cup of Chopped Onions

Heat the butter and oil in a skillet, pour in shrimp until the shrimp is a pink color at (medium heat)
Add the peppers and onions, cook for a few more minutes.
