Seafood Stuffed Flounder

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • - C Heavy Cream

  • Place cream cheese in a mixer bowl and soften with paddle attachment. Add cream & mix smooth.

    Add:

    • t Old Bay Seasoning
    • Salt & Pepper to taste

    Add to cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.

    • 6-8 oz. seafood (any cleaned & cooked mixture of fish or shellfish)

    Mix into cheese mixture and place of the mixture on raw flounder filet; spread out over fish.
    Roll filet (starting at the large end) and place in over safe casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
    Drizzle with lemon juice.
