Margherita Pizza

20 ounce dough ball
8 ounces Pizza Sauce
1 Pinch Romano Cheese
8 ounces fresh Mozzarella
1 pinch Oregano
3 ounces fresh Basil
1. Stretch dough to desired size
2. Ladle sauce onto center of dough. Lightly using the bottom of the ladle, evenly spread sauce in a spiral motion within 1/2" of the crust's edge.
3. Sprinkle Romano cheese onto the sauce.
4. Spread slices of fresh Mozzarella over sauce.
5. Top with Oregano and Basil
6. Cook in 450 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
