Forgery and Drug Arrest

MOUNT UNION, HUNTINGDON COUNTY - Police arrest a woman they say was trying to get using a forged prescription to get drugs.

Police say 47 year old Marilyn Varner tired to pass off a prescription with a fake date at a pharmacy on East Shirley Street in Mount Union. The Mount Union woman now faces several charges.

They include Criminal Attempt to Obtain a Controlled Substance, Fraud, Forgery, and Deception.
