STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - The NCAA is standing by their president despite dueling lawsuits with Pennsylvania lawmakers.

The NCAA 's executive committee released a statement to ESPN saying they voted unanimously to affirm their confidence in Mark Emmert. They say they support his ongoing efforts to implement essential and historic reforms.

The NCAA recently filed a lawsuit against some Pennsylvania lawmakers who themselves had filed a suit to keep Penn States fines in Pennsylvania.
