Spanier's Bail Restrictions Changed

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - Part of Graham Spanier's bail restricting him from contacting current or previous members of the Penn State Board of Trustees has been changed.

The restrictions were given in December by Dauphin County District Judge William Wenner.

Spanier's attorneys argue the order violates their client's due process rights, and are unconstitutional. 

Judge Wenner says all other conditions of Spanier's bail will remain in effect.
