BRATTON TOWNSHIP, MIFFLIN COUNTY -- A teenager was life-flighted out of Mifflin County Sunday afternoon after being hit by a train.

The 9-1-1 call went out just after noon for emergency crews to respond to the Horningford Road area of Bratton Township.
