ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Emergency responders spread Christmas cheer.

AMED sponsored their first ever "Stuff the Ambulance" this weekend. They collected more than 300 toys and more than a thousand dollars for the Toys for Tots Program. To really get in Christmas spirit they wrapped up the ambulance like a giant present.
