All of Cramer's criminal charges including homicide were bound over to court. The 21-year old allegedly strangled his cellmate, William Sherry inside of the Cambria County jail back on August 4, 2012.
Testimony was heard how Sherry was tied up, bound, gagged and beaten by Cramer.
Cramer showed no emotion inside of the courtroom, but did have several family members there.
There were no members from the victim's side.
"One inmate came out alive one did not," said Kelly Callihan, Cambria County District Attorney. "The victim suffered a brutal assault of strangulation... it was a violent, violent situation."
"We're still trying to get info on what happened back on August 4th," said Ryan Gleason, Cambria County Chief Public Defender. "We need to learn how the two become housed together and if there was a fight that precipitated prior between the two."
The DA has not determined if she will seek the death penalty in the case. Cramer will remain in jail on homicide charges.
