BROCKWAY, JEFFERSON COUNTY - State Police pick up a man they say walked away from a Jefferson County shelter and they found him almost 300 miles away. Police arrested 34 year old Timothy Weidinger.

They say he walked away from the Just for Jesus Ministry a little over a month ago and never came back. They also say the lifetime registered sex offender never told police his current address which he is required by law to do.

Police arrested Weidinger in Toledo, Ohio.
