Voter I-D Hearing Held

Members of the State's Supreme Court listened to arguments over the new law that requires voter to show a valid photo identification at the polls. Democrats have argued that the law is designed to suppress the votes of the poor, elderly and minority groups.
Supporters of the law contend that Penn-dot issued I-D cards are available and would allow all eligible voters to cast their ballots in November.
