Elk County Arson Arrest

ELK COUNTY - Police say 54 year old Francis Milliard from Ridgway was arrested for multiple counts of arson, criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person relating to the Ridgway Township fire which happened on May 30th this year.

28 Year old Anthony Milliard also from Ridgway was also arrested as a co-defendant.  The pair were also charged in connection with an Elk County fire which took place towards the end of 2008. 

Both Francis and Anthony Milliard are in Elk County Prison on cash bond.  Investigations are continuing.
