State Farm Files Against Sandusky

By: Ben Manning
Updated: August 21, 2012
STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY -  An insurance company is trying to avoid being held responsible for Jerry Sandusky's Child Sex Abuse crimes.

A State Farm representative confirmed they filed a suit within the last week to avoid having to pay for any of his financial obligations in connections to his crimes. The lawsuit argues that Sandusky's homeowner policy doesn't cover and willful and malicious acts.

The Representative says he couldn't comment further until the case is settled.
