SUMMERHILL TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Jennifer Yatsky waived her preliminary hearing Wednesday on charges she set her home on fire.

The 32 year old is accused of setting her house on fire back in April 2012.  Firefighters were unable to save the home on Whiskey Springs Road in Summerhill Township.  Yatsky allegedly was having a bad reaction to "bath salts."

If you're 32 years old and doing bath salts...you not only a moron, you're a danger to society.

Shw should be charged either way, as she should not have been on drugs, therefore she would not have burnt down her house!!!
