BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - Judge John Cleland today allowed a third-degree felony to be dropped.

The charge said that Sandusky had sexual contact with a minor between 1995 and 1996 at Sandusky's home and at the East Area locker room on Penn State's main campus.

The Commonwealth alleged that Sandusky had contact with Accuser #7 in the Grand Jury Report.
