He testified that he and a State College borough detective listened in on two conversations Jerry Sandusky had with the accuser 6's mother back in 1998.
He said he was in one room eavesdropping while the detective was in another.
He said Accuser #6's mother confronted Sandusky about the shower and he said he wished he could ask for forgiveness and he knew he wouldn't get it from her. She said Sandusky said he wished he was dead.
Schreffler said he later contacted Sandusky. He testified that he told Sandusky it was inappropriate to shower with kids. He said Sandusky admitted to showering with other boys. He said he believes Sandusky said he would not do it anymore.
Schreffler said he believed there should have been criminal charges at the time but district attorney Ray Gricar did not believe the same.
