It was an emotional day in court Tuesday as now 18 year old accuser #1 choked back tears to describe sexual acts with Jerry Sandusky.

Legal experts say his emotion helped make this a win for the prosecution. Accuser #1 says these incidents happened between 2005 and 2008, often during overnight stays at Sandusky's house.

A CYS case worker also testified Tuesday about her interaction with accuser #1 saying she believed he was molested.

Finally Tuesday Mike McQueary took the stand. His testimony mirrored his statements to the Grand Jury that he caught Jerry Sandusky in a sexual act with a young boy.

McQueary testified Tuesday in day two of the Sandusky trial, that he walked into the Penn State showers to hear, and see what he thought was a sexual act between Jerry Sandusky and who prosecutors are calling Victim #2. McQueary called what he saw and heard "incredibly sexual and inappropriate". He said it was a "skin on skin slapping sound" and "more than his brain could handle". Prosecutors have yet to identify Victim # 2 and changed the date of when they think that happened from 2002 to 2001.

McQueary says he told Penn State administrators Gary Shultz and Tim Curley and Coach Joe Paterno about the incident. What Shultz, Curley and Paterno did, or didn't do with that information is what severed their ties to the university.

McQueary says he never heard back from Curley or Shultz on the matter and regularly saw Jerry Sandusky on campus after that.

At one point in the testimony, defense attorney Karl Rominger challegened McQueary's estimate of the age of the boy in the shower. McQueary said whether it was 9,10,11 or 12, "the fact is he had sex with a minor, a boy."

When asked about his pending civil lawsuit against Penn State, McQueary said "contractually I think they owe me. I don't think I did anything wrong to lose that job."

During Accuser #1's testimony Tuesday, defense attornys were pressing him on the number of times he had sexual contact with Jerry Sandusky, critical of his memory. Here's what his attorney had to say about that.

There were no details released on who will take the stand Wednesday morning at 9am as day 3 gets underway.
