No matter how good of a sleeper you are, you are set to lose an hour of sleep this weekend, when we spring our clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time.

Since this week also happens to be the National Sleep Foundation's Annual Campaign to Celebrate the Health Benefits of sleep, we decided to head on down to the Sleep Lab at Mount Nittany Health to meet up with Sleep Medicine Specialist, Doctor John Solic.

Watch the video to learn more about who qualifies for a sleep lab, what happens during a typical sleep lab examination, and what remedies could be prescribed to help you get better sleep.
