Fatal Crash on Route 30

JENNER TOWNSHIP, SOMERSET COUNTY - The Somerset County Coroner was called to a fatal accident on Route 30 Tuesday evening.

State Police say that two vehicles were involved in a crash that happened around 6pm along Route 30 near Intersection 219, in Jenner Township, Somerset County.

One person was pronounced dead on the scene by the county coroner. 

One other person was taken to Conemaugh Hospital, the seriousness of their injuries are unknown. 

Boswell and Stoystown Fire Departments were also called to the scene.
