STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - A candlelight vigil to commemorate the anniversary of the death of long time football coach Joe Paterno is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 22nd January.

The vigil is scheduled to start at 7pm in front of the Inspiration Mural in downtown State College.

The vigil is being organized by a group of people called Inspiration Way and they plan on lighting 409 candles to mark each of Joe Paterno's victories, before 111 were taken away as part of the NCAA sanctions.
