Man Beaten by Burglars With Baseball Bats

OSCEOLA MILLS, CLEARFIELD COUNTY - Two men walked into a house, beat the resident and then ran off.

Police said that happened at 314 Pruner Street in Osceola Mills, Clearfield County around 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

One of the suspects is described as skinny and approximately 6 feet tall. The other is described as heavier, approximately 250 lb., and 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Police said the men were wearing ski masks and had aluminum baseball bats.
 
They hit Jonathan Cook, Jr. in the head, neck and forearm. He was able to get upstairs and call 911.
 
The suspects ran away.

Cook was taken to Clearfield Hospital for his injuries.
