Stalter Test Video

I really hope this works.  This is a test to see if Regina and other people from news can embed a youtube video in their articles.  I don't think it is going to because the editor and the CMS will make sure it doesn't happen.

It makes no sense why it would be so difficult to embed a simple youtube video.  Lets see how it goes!!!!
