Richard Martinez Sentenced

CENTRE COUNTY - The Centre County man convicted of robbing and threatening to kill 4 boys will remain in prison.

Richard Martinez will spend between 8 to 16 years in prison as part of his sentence handed down on Tuesday 13th November.

In September, Martinez pleaded no contest to all charges, including robbery and aggravated assault.

Back in may, the 19 year old from State College attacked the 4 boys as they were hiking on Centre Hall mountain.
