ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - An organization that recruits youth baseball players and trains them to move up the ranks stopped in Altoona.

About two hundred teens were at the Casino at Lakemont Saturday night. The former Evo-Shields Mid Atlantic team is now being sponsored by the Philadelphia bat-maker Chandler.
