ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Two days after Superstorm Sandy ripped through the region residents in Central Pennsylvania are starting to see the light.

Penelec crews restoring power to some of the last people without in Altoona Wednesday. They were without power since late Monday afternoon. Folks on Crawford Avenue said it was cold. But the Clancy couple made the best of it, and went out to eat since they couldn't cook at home. With the wind, rain, and lack of power, it's not a week anyone in Altoona will forget. But all the Clancy's memories aren't bad. They say sometimes you just have to make the best of it.

And the power companies say all of Blair County should have power back by sometime Thursday.
