STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - A Penn State student is being treated at the hospital after falling out of a fifth story window.

It happened around 11:45 Saturday night at the Calder Commons Apartment Complex. Police say a 19 year old girl fell 39 feet and hit the pavement outside the window. The Penn State student was taken to the trauma center for treatment.

Police are not releasing her name. They are investigating, but they don't think anything criminal happened at the apartment.
