Sources: Graham Spanier Could Face Charges

UNIVERSITY PARK, CENTRE COUNTY - Reliable sources tell WTAJ News that former Penn State University president Graham Spanier could face criminal charges after Jerry Sandusky's trial.
Our sources say that charges would likely be similar to the "failure to report" accusation facing Tim Curley and Gary Schultz.
Prosecutors say the two former Penn State administrators lied to the state grand jury investigating the Sandusky case.
Spanier is suing the university to get emails from when he was president. He wants the messages before he meets with a the Freeh group, which has been conducting the internal investigation of Penn State.
People close to the inquiry say emails may show that Spanier decided not to report matters of the Sandusky scandal.

The arrogant jackass needs to do some prison time. If he, and a few others had done their jobs, he'd still have his, and would have looked all the better for doing the right thing.
