If anyone from Safe Haven reads this, I would ask that from now on you don't leave a female victim or the mother of a victim alone with Mr. Higgins. Having him slip you his cell number and tell you to call anytime if you need anything day or night is bad enough, but when he waits until the Safe Haven representative leaves the room for a minute it is pretty clear what his intentions are or he would have said it in from of the Safe Haven rep and given his number when she was in the room.

Victimnomore, I would bet the farm that you aren't the first or the last one Higgins has given his cell number to for you to call at all hours "if you need anything." If you have an emergency you call the police in the middle of the night. He figures it is like fishing, he gives his number out to enough women someone will eventually take the bait. Typical scumbag lawyer. I just don't know why his wife puts up with him sleeping around even after he admitted it on the news last summer. You would think that would have been a wake up call to be faithful and stay home with his wife and kids but not for Higgins. Does he have any idea what he is exposing his wife and kids to aside from the riducle by sleeping around so much? Talk about selfish and no thought at all about his wife and kids.

Well Higgins, now that you have contradicted yourself again saying alcohol was not a factor, I guess it was is just another politicly motivated act to discredit you, but you dont need any help in doing that because you do a good job discrediting yourself all on your own. Here's a thought, why don't you take a polygraph test about this incident and all your other indiscretions (sex on a police car in Bedford Park, sex with a committee member at the Downs Motel, handing out your cell phone number to victims at Your Safe Haven, and any other person you had sex with while being married). After reading the letter to the editor in today's paper(Thursday 4/9). There you9Higgins) are cursing pedistrians while walking on the street. Why are you so irritable? Aren't you sleeping well at night? Are thoughts of you behind bars keeping you up at night? Please don't go back to your old ways of attacking elderly people because they don't like your team or your way of thinking! Hope you don't get drunk and go beating people up.
