Chef Showcase: Holiday Feta Pinwheels with Chef Joby

Chef Joby Dick from The Bistro creates a festive holiday appetizer that's easy to prepare and delicious too!

HOLIDAY FETA PINWHEEL

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz feta crumbled
c green onions - thin slices
6 oz fried cranberries
Four 10 in flour torilla

In a med mixing bowl, combine cheeses and mix well. Smoothe out all lumps. Blend in all other ingredients and mix well. Spread about c mixture onto each tortilla and roll. Wrap in plastic and refriderate about 1 hour. Slice into in slices and serve chilled.

Breakfast - Monday to Saturday 8am-11am
Lunch - Monday to Saturday 11am-2pm
Dinner - Thursday - Saturday 5pm-8pm
Brunch - Every Sunday 10am-2pm
