Central PA Live is happy to welcome Clyde Monahan back to the show!  Our kitchen has been ready and waiting for Imler's Poultry Manager to return. Imler's is, of course, a food service based in Altoona that offers thousands of items - including more than 1,200 cuts of poultry!

On today's show, Clyde shows us how to make his "Healthy and Easy Turkey Meatloaf"

Ingredients:
1. 1-1/2 lbs of lean ground Turkey
2. green Pepper Diced
3. Red pepper Diced
4. Onion Diced
5. 2 Eggs
6. cup of plain Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Mix in a large bowl the Ground Turkey, peppers, onion and Eggs (Best if mixed with your hands) Form into shape and place in a coated loaf pan and add the Bread Crumbs slightly pushing into your Mixture. Cook at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes.
