Another Animal Forecaster

Dick and Barbara McConnell sent in this photo from along the river in Everett:

On February 1& 2, while waiting for the famous animal weather forecaster, these animal forecasters were sending a different message.  We counted 96 of these environmentally friendly lawn service specialists, indicating that winter is over and to prove their forecast, the message was clear that they were "going green."  Where's Phils' proof?  Maybe he needs a "goose!"
