Luke Skywalker and Max Rebo, Oct. 4th

These Golden Retrievers are seven year old Luke Skywalker and 3 1/2 month old Max Rebo.
Luke lost his 14-year-old canine big brother, Obi, in July. So "mommy" and "daddy," Thomas and Suzanne Gartland of Saxton, brought home Max.
These buddies love to run and play in their back yard.
While Max enjoys chasing those little white butterfly moths, he seems to be a little afraid of a regular butterfly.
The Gartland's like Star Wars names for their dogs. For those of you who don't know, Max Rebo was the lead musician in the Max Rebo Band from 1983's "Return of the Jedi".
