Philipsburg Elementary Sept. 11 Ceremony

3rd and 4th graders at Philipsburg Elementary School paid tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks on the anniversary on Sept. 11.
 
Students and teachers gathered around the prominent American flag in front of the school, which was lowered to half staff.
 
They observed a moment of silence and read aloud from "September Eleventh" by Roger Robincheau.
