Everett Elementary "Have a Heart Day"

Everett Elementary School students spent time at the Chaneysville Area Senior Activities Center on "Have a Heart Day."
It's an annual event held by the school's PTA.
All of the students are asked to donate small items to the senior group. Two kids from each grade are chosen by drawing to visit the center.
The lucky students were served warm cinnamon buns, scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast.
Then, they played Wii bowling, Skipbo, bingo and dominoes.
The children also helped plant flowers around the new sign posts at the Center.
Finally, the senior group served lunch to the students before they went back to school.
