Great-Grandparents are Ruth Gill of Duncansville and Dan and Virginia DiLeo of Altoona.
Eloise enjoys laughing at her parents, winning staring contests with her big blue eyes, and visiting her cousins in PA.
Her parents write that Eloise says, "Yes, I was born with this much hair, and no, my mom didn't have heartburn. I hope someday to be amazing for more than my hair and good looks but, in the meantime, I do enjoy the attention."
