Mo Valley Elementary 1st Grade Celebrates Johnny Appleseed

Mrs. Rebecca Dougherty's 1st Grade class at Moshannon Valley Elementary School celebrated Johnny Appleseed's birthday last month.

Students tried apples, apple sauce, apple butter and apple juice.
 
That wrapped-up a unit where they learned about Johnny Appleseed and how apples grow.
