STEM Wind Turbine

Doug Ripka is a State College Area Schools High School Electrical Engineering instructor.
 
In this photo, he's helping Park Forest Middle School Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) students.

They were analyzing electrical wave forms and power output of the new wind turbine they manufactured in Technology Education classes over the winter months. It now provides electrical power to the classroom below.
