St. Francis University hosts a Traveling Chefs program each fall. Chefs from various other colleges come in and make a variety of dishes for the students to enjoy. This years theme was Asian and Korean dishes. Chef Balderas taught us how to make sushi rolls. -

Every year St. Francis University hosts a traveling chefs program for their students. In the dining hall, chefs from various universities come in an set up food stations to make traditional ethnic food. This year they prepared Korean and Cuban dishes. -
