By: Bill Hallman
Updated: February 12, 2009
The White House says the stimulus package will create more than 100-thousand jobs in Pennsylvania. According to the list released today, stimulus money will create about 143,000 jobs in the state.  That is the sixth highest total among all 50 states. California is number one with more than 400-thousand new jobs. Pennsylvania has lost more than 75 thousand jobs since the recession began a little more than one year ago. Yesterday Vice President Joe Biden estimated Pennsylvania will receive about 16 billion dollars in funding.
