Crash Sends Mother and Child to Hospital

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY - A crash sends a mother and child to the hospital.

It happened around 4:15 Monday afternoon in the 1000 block of Bedford Street in Johnstown.

Police are still investigating what caused the crash. The woman hit a front porch, then a fire hydrant before flipping her car.  Her son was in a car seat.  Both of them were awake when they were taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
