Sandusky Gearing Up For Appeal?

BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - One of Jerry Sandusky's lawyers, Norris Gelman, responded in Centre County Court to Judge John Cleland's decision which denied Sandusky a new trial.
On February 22nd Cleland said Sandusky had three weeks to list why he thinks he didn't get a fair trial. He said any issue that wasn't listed would be waived by the Appellate Court.
Sandusky's team started with what they've said for months, that since Judge Cleland didn't allow a continuance for Sandusky's legal team to go through what they call "...a vast amount of material...", they didn't have enough time to properly defend him. They also claim that the court didn't let the defense question how long it took for the victim's to report Sandusky's sex abuse.
Gelman notes that prosecutors made unfavorable comments to the jury about Sandusky not testifying, which they say hurt their chances. These are just some of the arguments Sandusky's defense will use to appeal his conviction, You can find the full list posted at the link below:
