"I was getting older and didn't have kids of my own and I wondered what the big deal" said Sherry White.
So she took the steps to become a foster mother.
"We got the phone that CYS had 2 children that needed a safe place to stay. (We were ) so excited we ran out and bought all kinds of things because the little boy (Travis) was only 2 so he needed lots of stuff" she said.
Travis is now 5 and he and his sister have been officially adopted by White.
"I never thought I was lacking anything before they came and now I don't know what I would do without them" she said.
She is planning to adopt more and maybe end up with three children like the Thomas family who adopted Devon and Colin in July have.
" I felt happy and excited I got in a new home where they can care for me" said Devon
" I was like yeah I got new brothers" adds Zaden.
" I now have a mother and father and I am happy with my new last name" said Colin.
