ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - People have a chance speak out against plans to close a couple of elementary schools.

The Altoona Area School District will hold a public meeting Monday at 5:30 at the Junior High School. The school board is planning on closing Wright Elementary and Washington Jefferson Elementary Schools.

Parents and anyone else upset about the plans can talk to the board. And then the board has 90 days to make the final decision.
