"Weigh to Go!" Week 6: Cardio Circuit Training

The YMCA's "Weigh to Go" Challenge ends March 10th, but if you're looking for a little help to cross the finish line, this next guest is just the one to do it!

YMCA of Centre County Staffer, Rachel Garmon, stopped by the studio to demonstrate a 5-minute Cardio Circuit Training Routine.

Want to try it at home?  Here's what Rachel recommends!

Warm Up:
30 seconds - Side Taps/Hamstring Curls

Cardio Circuit Training:
30 seconds - Jog in Place
30 seconds - Squats
30 seconds - Jumping Jacks
30 seconds - Bicep Curls with weights
30 seconds - High Knees
30 seconds - Push Ups
30 seconds - Butt Kickers
30 seconds - Lunges
30 seconds - Planks

Cool Down:
Always end with a cool down; bringing your heart rate down and some stretching
