JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY - Commissioners are moving forward in their plans for a free trade zone.

They would like to bottle and export wine from Argentina. The commissioners are working on the application process and would like to begin around 18 months.

The commissioners say that could create jobs, additional tax revenue, and put the county and surrounding communities on the map for foreign trade.
