Penn State Player Charge with Criminal Mischief

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - A Penn State football player is charged for criminal mischief on campus. 

Freshman running back Akeel Lynch faces a misdemeanor charge.

He's accused of breaking a window in Shulze Residence Hall on Penn State's main campus.

The Penn State police chief says the damage totals almost $9,000. 

The incident happened November 16th, the day before the home game against Indiana.
