Update: Two Fatal Crashes

STOYSTOWN, SOMERSET COUNTY--- State Police were on scene of two separate fatal crashes about a mile apart from one another.

David Sutton, 62, of Stoystown was killed Friday morning when his car went off the road and hit a tree head on.  Police said it happened around 8:30 a.m. along Pompey Hill Road in Stoneycreek Township.  Sutton was not wearing a seatbelt.

A second crash was discovered shortly after the first on Pompey Hill Road.  Police said David Hostetler, 23 of Stoystown was killed when his car went off the road, hit a tree and rolled several times.  His car was discovered on its roof.  Police believe he crashed his car sometime overnight.  Hostetler was wearing a seatbelt.
