Latest Appeal by Jerry Sandusky

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - Jerry Sandusky is trying again to fight his child sex abuse convictions. 

Attorney Joe Amendola filed paperwork Thursday morning with the Pennsylvania Superior Court. 

He's arguing, once again that his defense team did not have enough time to review evidence before the former Penn State coach's trial. 

Last month, local judge John Cleland denied a request by Sandusky's lawyers for a new trial.

Thursday's appeal asked the state court to throw out the conviction and give them the opportunity to try the case again.
